bitcoin is the most straightforward way, although kyc makes it really hard to then cash that out without a trace. You'll most likely need an escrow service. Expect a 5-10% cut on your money. Why taint legally-earned money with illegal approaches?

There's always a trace, it just depends on how hard someone/an institution looks at it.
