There is this Turkish place I ate at a few times. I always got the gyro with no tomatoes. I went there 8 times over the course of 2 months and on the 5th time the girl remembered my order.

But then I took a break from that restaurant and stopped going for 5 months. I had completely forgotten what toppings come on the gyro. But then I went back and the girl instantly and reflexively said "Gyro, no tomatoes?"

What do you guys think? Does she just have a good memory, or is there is something about me that makes me memorable in her mind? Do you think she missed me? She is pregnant, btw. she did the nervous laughter when I smiled at her, like she felt uncomfortable, so I stopped smiling at her.
