I think it's helped for sure! I always had to show ID, but now it's on another level. Mind you, I only did retinol 0.2% so far and I'm going to get 0.5% today. I increase it gradually so as to minimize irritation.

This is what I've been using for a while. I pretty much alternative 1 or the other, not both in the same day. I think too much product can cause dryness and irritation so I just do a little bit.
