castor oil damage fix

I used a cream with hydrogen peroxide on my face to fix up hyperpigmentation but some of it when washed went to my eyebrows lightening them a litltle bit, now they're quite damaged have some brassy color to them. So my question is how can I fix the damage like is it possible with castor oil or something else and how to shift the brassy color to more light brown maybe or neutralize it completely, pls help if your not a dickhead

Snip it off wait for it regrow or dye it no other way
