Castor oil is super OP

Started taking castor oil orally (1 to 2 teaspoons a day) and this shit is crazy. There was an adaptation period for sure at the beginning since it fucks up your stomach a little but HOLY SHIT is this OP. HAIR EVERYWHERE

orally you get 10x the effect but you ll get diarhhea if you are not used to it since its a laxative. I got used to it, so now im just reaping the benefits

im taking it for that purpose so yeah might as well

think of it as do you want to risk getting diarrhoea (for the 4 days ive had it ive taken a whole teaspoon 3 times and not had any noticeable changes with that aspect) or do you wanna wait way longer for results that might not come (according to some people) by applying it to your eyebrows and eyelashes directly

its a powerful laxative so be very careful. I got very bad stomach aches in the first 3 days but my body adapted and now I take 2 teaspoons a day ALWAYS with food, NEVER on an empty stomach or you will get very sick

shit okay if you're gonna take it do very small amounts to begin with and build up slowly i guess, from what i saw online if you have ibs i think it can worsen the condition

i didn't take it orally instead i put them in eyelashes at night ( before sleeping ) it worked
