You're right, you can't put topical minox on the eyelashes. Only works with oral. Vaseline and rosemary/castor oil are better for the eyelashes. Latisse is also good for eyelashes.

if your high inhib just say that, apply minox on eyelashes using an eyelash wand, just be very careful to not get it in your eyes.
