Castor oil on my eyebrows made them darker

Is this normal?

They look thicker and longer but that's just because they are darker

I had some blondish/light hair around my eyebrows that became dark so it makes my eyebrows look thicker and healthier

Kinda helped fill in the spots where the hair was lighter
