I wouldn't even bother to use castor oil. Not a single study backs up it's effectiveness.

For eyebrow growth, just use topical minoxidil.

For eyelash growth, use bimatoprost (latisse) and you can also add The Ordinary lash serum (but don't expect much)

Nothing comes close to latisse for eyelash growth, but make sure you use it properly so you don't get PAP.

You have to use minoxidil for the rest of your life if you want to keep the brows tho, i want to ascend and forget

correct, but it literally just takes 3 minute before you go to bed.

Also, all the other actives I mentioned like bimatoprost or even The Ordinary lash serum also require constant application so…

In regards to your question, the answer is it might, but why would you use that when minoxidil is 10x times better?
