If you derive pleasure from even mildly humiliating/hurting random people without reason then you are simply what is wrong with the world. Most evil- of a smaller magnitude but massive quantity- is derived from this.

A large chunk of people harbour this trait and they are very much overrepresented on this site

If you take great pleasure in mogging/cucking/bullying your peers you are the issue

There is a difference between that and justified sadism- taking pleasure from exacting revenge against someome who has deeply wronged you, exerting those impulses on someone morally reprehensible

I think it can definitely stem from misery but not always
Sadism directly implies that they enjoy it, there are people I’ve known that i’d be very surprised to find were ever miserable that were horrible to those they looked down upon, simply because they enjoyed it, it was funny to them

Some of it stems from domination/hierarchy instincts

We talk about psychopaths as if its a disease and not just the extreme end of a spectrum
of traits
Some people just naturally have lower levels of empathy and derive more pleasure from hurting others

If you read the thread I addressed the fact that this forum is filled with such types
I don’t looksmaxx to inflict cruelty on those less attractive, I do so to maximise my own outcomes

This whole thread was inspired by seeing that dudes post where he gleefully recounts cucking his friend or some shit
