The catholic church used to be cool. Since around Vatican II era it is filled with homo clergy now. Why do you think all the little boy touching started happening? Yea. the Catholic Church has always been concerned with appearances, which is why Catholic churches don’t resemble a house with painted walls and some benches much like Lutheran, baptist, and other heretical denominations’ churches do. Beautiful stained glass imagery with an altar carved out of marble and stone pillars are not uncommon sights and are akin to a beautiful face. Part of how you gain converts to a religion, political party, or movement is by making its participants look ATTRACTIVE.
