I just read about spermatogenesis. You can't even shoot out the sperm until they are fully mature. It happens constantly and there are hundreds of BILLIONS in your balls at all times maturing. You only send out the mature ones, and if they aren't ready, they don't even come out.

The only thing that changes by waiting is the VOLUME of sperm. Meaning that yes it is easier to conceive by waiting a little bit, but definitely doesn't impact the genetic potential of any of the cells.

They go from little egg looking things to the guys with tails when that 60 day period is over. You only send out millions when you coom. And more are constantly maturing.
