Tbh yes but it’s kind of pseudo science for now.
The only scientifically proven methods to bleach your skin are hydroquinone and menobenzone (this shit is hardcore). The benefit/risk of these products are just not worth it. They work by directly inhibiting melanin production.
As for the more “pseudoscientific” methods, who are currently under research are:
Glutathione, msm and Nac.
Nac works by helping your body produce more glutathione, which inhibits melanin production and msm helps turning eumelanin to pheomelanin. The research is promising apparently.
