i visited my cousins today and we were all gonna go for a walk

when we first left the house i commented on his shoes and asked what they were cuz i liked them and didn’t recognize them

he proceeded to tell me that the brand was CALTO which sounded very familiar

so i searched it up and tallmenshoes.com popped up which was exactly what i was expecting

i browsed a few pages of calto shoes and ended up finding the exact 2.6 inch boost shoes he had on

obv i didn’t say anything but im pretty sure as i was looking them up he and his dad (my uncle) were talking to my grandma about how they make him taller

keep in mind this kid is in 8th grade and he’s probably under 5ft tall

i’m not posting this to bash him obv

i just wanted to tell someone this because i thought it was kind of funny

also makes me wonder if my uncle is blackpilled

his mom is short tho she's like 5'2

dad is 5'10 probably

dads parents were both 6ft and 6'2

his sister is like 5'4-5

but tbh i was probably around that too cuz i was 5'2 at the tail end of freshman year

i ended up at 5'7-8 at least that's what i am now

might see a lil bit more growth but most likely not

he has no signs of puberty tho so we'll see

he wasn't malnourished or anything when he grew up

he played soccer so he wasn't sedentary (not that it really matters)
