cauliflower ear - Looksmin or looksmax?

Could cauliflower ear be beneficial for looks or is it always a looksmin? Ive seen many people get more respect by most men, but also be seen as more masculine towards women. So my question is how important is it that you avoid it when training martial arts?

If women actually know it’s cauliflower ear and not some deformity it’s attractive and masculine
