Cause of excessive distribution of fat on the face and solving it through practices of exogenous serum hormone intake and/or blockers

Is the cause of excessive facial fat (buccal etc.) and water retention at a normal range of body fat on men a cause of high estrogen levels, and if so; would taking low to moderate dose of aromatase inhibitors cause any difference?
