CBC Bloodwork question (on cycle)

I've been running 350mg/wk test e for about 3 weeks. Since I've recently discovered I have a niche allergy I did my bloodwork exactly before hopping on.
I need to come back and get another CBC panel done in about a month. Should I stop using test or should can I keep it up.
I am currently hiding my test usage from my parents.

Keep in mind all of the values were in range ( Hematocrit , blood cell count, etc)

Can it change that much in the course of a month?

Also I've considered hopping on other stuff but that's out of the question ( for now, since I know I will be getting bloodwork done.)
Also if you recommend any other steroid that doesn't fw my bloodwork and/or doesn't affect erectile function, please let me know which one it is.
