I will note in real life I have little to no uue, my sceleral show is there not as much (both cause i'm fully relaxed) also lighting makes my gonions non existent from the side

Nothing jumps out to me in the scans, but I lack the experience to assess such imaging.
I think your case is mostly about soft tissue enhancement.

I'll just copy & paste the conclusion of a DM exchanged with you a few months ago, because I still stand by it :

(1) clear skin
(1-a) stop hair loss (if relevant)
(2) get leaner
(3) rhinoplasty
(4) oculoplastics, inc. fat graft (-> take that opportunity to graft the mentolabial fold)
(5) hairline lowering (if no MPB or if hair loss entirely under control for ~5 years)

Based on a recent thread of yours (https://looksmax.org/threads/eppley...l-malar-implants-i-need-your-opinion.2102471/), we can add infra-malar implants to the list.
Based on the front profile picture you have shared today, I would suggest an otoplasty as well.

The morphs below roughly simulate all the above, but a leaner face :

Instead of the canthopexy I had suggested in that past DM, I simulated a canthoplasty (+ LLR).
I can get behind the infraorbital implants ; on the other hand, I'm not too sure about the malar implants (the actual result could positively change my mind though).
