Rhino, use HGH AAS PTH cAMP to get as much growth as u can and then look to getting a frontal bone implant or js fringemax and idk trimax might ascend u a little too

I dont think hgh could help since Im 19 and turning 20 in 3 months, I think trimax could be enough and if the nose still not harmonious Ill rhino but trimax is a must since mandibule is not enough
