CC cream or BB cream?

I need to cover my bad skin quality and fraud. idk what to get tho, im pretty pale. i have acne, red spots and need to cover it. Does anybody know if bb cream or cc cream is better? dont want it to look unnatural ofc like im wearing makeup.

i keep breaking out and my skin is just descending me.
