I dont know, I think your eyes is bad, try to improve the eye area first. First soft max as much as possible then surgery it's the same in the gym you cannot start with test, you first go natty for some years

i mean i have edema lol, i have lumps of fluid in my cheeks but they’re getting softer as the days go by, & i have intraoral swelling as well but it’s getting better

a couple of days ago i was so swollen i couldn’t even close my mouth but it’s almost closing now, i think after another week i’ll be fine, at the most 2 weeks. this double jaw recovery is hell lmao

if I were you I would just get jaw angle implants and under eye fat grafting

do you have gummy smile ? maybe you can consider lefort I impaction and a lip lift (not sure about these ones)

your eyes are too close set, zygote implants would just make your eye looking even worse
