I’ll post some before’s and after’s about the most common surgeries to make them more understandable
This girl did a CCW bimax.
Movements: few mms BSSO (lower jaw)
few mms genio
Few mms advancement in the upper jaw, with an upward rotation.
Notice how the eyes appear less bulging, due to the maxillary advancement.
The nose looks a bit wider from the front! Pair it with a rhino and you’re good to go if ur nose is too wide to begin with!
