Can CCW Lefort 1 be combined with an advancement as well?

I’d like to make my nose a bit more upturned on the tip as well (fill the soft tissues with the cartilage tip)
But I’ve read on this forum that this surgery will actually make my nose tip more recessed.
Is that true?

Yes it can be combined with advancement

Yes it will give a more upturned nose but probably still require rhinoplasty after jaw surgery for best nose

I don’t see how it would be possible to advance the nose tip with a normal lefort 1 cut

But Rhinoplasty also if I can manually correct my nose with my hand?
I mean I think I’d need only
a couple of mm. At least soft tissue wise

Of course I was thinking bimax also to reduce the lenght of the lower third
Not only for nose projection

Also for some reason my skull looks long in selfies but it’s actually a lot wider than the average and of all my friends.

I suppose it’s the lower third that is too long (maybe lower midface, I don’t really know)

Is there any way to fix my lower third?
It fucks my harmony.
I like the proportions of my face until the nose tip, then from the philtrum downwards it seems it could benefit a CCW I think.
But I’m not really an expert

Ccw and advancement is quite common and yes it will change your nose by making it upturned.

I’ve seen some cases where the nose overall also gets more projected and in other case it doesn’t move projection wise.

But he said I would still need a rhinoplasty because the septum would be left behind.

So I posted a picture to understand if that’s the case.
As you can see if I raise the tip of my nose with my hand it’s exactly in the position it should be in. I don’t think I need crazy amounts of advancement, just like 2mm.
(At least based on my soft tissue calculations, maybe it’s more advancement bone-wise, considering a possible relapse as well)

So basically I’m left with a questions:
1) can I decrease the ugly lenght of ramus ?(from front view not side profile)
Like the part that starts right under the cheekbones
2) what can I do to reduce the lower part of my face?

I did, I don’t think it gets close to what a real lefort could do.
Especially the 3d effect you get from advancement
