i’ve been trying my best to study ccw rotation because of how much it changes and bassicly ascends your face i think this will have the best effect but what is the most effective way to do this because i know it’s swallowing right and chewing with the pre molars but are there any other ways really need the help also have a side profile pic down below so i can get the best help thankyou all in advance

The only way is through orthodontics/surgery
Premolar chewing does nothing, but you should still do it
