I have a large midface relative to my jaw. And my FWHRA IS aproximatly 1.8 could CCW rotation help with my midface. Im 13-14

Large midface due to:
1. Nose?
2. Philtrum?
3. Nose + philtrum?

Depending on answer there are few different less invasive than bimax options
