CCW rotation and solution

I could have had a very good forward grown maxilla as my mom, if it wasnt for my dads narrow pallette i inherited. I remember my mom telling me to not mouth breathe as a child but my tongue couldnt fit in the pallette before my expanders . So i have a narrow pallette induced downgrowth

Wore an expander for 1 year, then it broke

Im 16 and 10 months now
Voice changed at 15 and 5 months
Im going to talk about a MARPE with my dentist
My pallete is 34 mm currently

Is there a way to stimulate ccw rotation now? Or is it achievable only trough sliding genio + lefort 1, or ccw bimax

I realized things are so shitty i may even try thumbpulling or sum shit

Hi! It’s not over since u r 16 you may have a chance for some changes if suture not closed (and I suppose it’s not as you mentioned marpe, not sarpe or some). If you r going for marpe you could ask your orthodontist about tads or bamps and face mask. For you there still a chance it could work, if force attached right it can gave you both forward and upswing movement which actually means ccw rotation maybe it’s not gonna be face a changer at your age, but it’s much more possible then 20+ years old with mse + fm or so as bones still flexible, besides even few mm and few degrees should be enough till u r’nt severely recessed. It won’t be model tier but won’t look like u r recessed neither. Feel free to ask something more, I would try to answer
