Ccw rotation/downward growth

I feel my mandible is slightly downward grown how do achieve ccw rotation without surgery i just want my mandible to be more forward grown along with maxilla im getting palate expander mse soon and braces after would that help?

If ur mandible is downward it means your maxilla is excessed and downward too. Depending on exact case there are from few methods to no one
