I’ve been trying to learn more about facial growth, CCW rotation, and recessed features naturally, but there’s so much misinformation online that I honestly don’t know what’s real anymore.

How do you naturally improve CCW rotation or forward growth? What habits actually matter the most? I’ve heard things like posture, nose breathing, tongue posture/mewing, sleep, chewing, body fat, and overall health can affect facial appearance, especially while still growing.

Also, how do you tell if someone is actually recessed? What are the main signs of a recessed maxilla or jaw? Sometimes I feel like certain angles make my side profile look weak, but I can’t tell if it’s real recession, posture, lighting, or just overthinking.

I’m not looking for surgery or extreme methods like thumb pulling. I mainly want realistic advice on:
- improving posture
- proper tongue posture
- nose breathing
- jawline appearance
- facial balance naturally
- fixing downward growth habits

What actually works, and what’s just internet myth/exaggeration?

How come tho
You are applying minor force against the equivalence of a cinder block.

You can try any cope method you’d like, but eventually (probably soon) you will realize I am correct.
