I have been doing this for a while but not for a whole hour like in the guide, I was feeling the bones near the nose and forehead area, and if I pull to the sides I start to feel my nose splitting. so imo I think it works.Does anyone think this would help ccw rotation? I might js test it out to see for myself but wanted other imput.

tbh I dont see anything yet cuz I havent started from a long time ago but as I said I feel the bones when doing ithave you seen any improvement since starting to do it?
This is cope! You're doing soft tissue changes which would mess with teeth alignment and cause more problems with bite, along with it being uneven and inconsistent mechanical tension it will exacerbate this effect, there wont be any bone remodeling or movement. The most effective way is using a palate expander to achieve a similar result to what you want.Does anyone think this would help ccw rotation? I might js test it out to see for myself but wanted other imput.
