CCW rotation of chin during genioplasty

Can you rotate chin during genio? Or should i just shave the chin abit and do a normal genio?

My chin is 47mm i would like to lower the height to 42mm and and some projection. My philtrum is 15-16mm
I dont know why its so fking my gonial angle is 118-123. Although I have a long ramus and my mandible has a antegonial notch

Thanks will contact a surgeon then. And hopefully get a less horsy total fwhr. Its like 1.43-1.44 and normal facial thirds

shaving anything is a bad bad idea. Prone to more nerve complications + you will age horribly. Also its very rare that someone only needs genio. Many prople who just get genio later go back and bimax.
