CCW rotation of the mandible and maxilla

Is CCW rotation of the mandible and maxilla possible after 18yo with orthodontics like for example does a MARPE improve it or ive read some things about facemask? Or is bimax the only way.

Ive got good bonemass but its downward grown a bit giving me a unideal gonial angle + subpar submental fat / hyoid muscles.
My frontal harmony is pretty good though so idk if i should fix it. Face can look a little long and jaw too obtuse though.

Recessed infras.

Could do with a little more forward growth on the zygomas like 1-2mm.

Nose isnt crooked but has a very slight bump.

I think my palatal width could also be a little bit better as i still have slight dark corners in my mouth. (Ive had a teeth anchored palatal expander when i was 15).
My palate might also be unevenly expanded.

Might have slight mandibular assymetry.

Have slight nct + scleral show.

ccw rotation bimax is the only way.

Osteotomies and implants. Palate expander allows for horizontal palate growth along the midpalattal suture, it wont really influence your other planes

Ive also heard of facemask. Its a sort of headgear where they surgically anchor it into your maxilla through the pallate to pull it forward.

not gonna work buddy boyo, from your thread you are saying your 18 which is WELL over the ideal range for the headgear to show even noticeable results
