ye ive had results with some increased chin projection but mainly mandibular expansion
it kind of works like mewing but instead of pulling your face upwards it pulls your face forwards and that gives you a more aesthetic look
please update me if you start doing this
keep in mind youll only start seeing results after a couple of months
if you want a quick solution just go under the knife
