Buddy boyo i have some news for you, if you wanna actually reach something you have to get orthodontic appliances in adolescence or surgery if you are an adult reliably alter jaw rotation or gonial angle. Muscle training alone only affects appearance via hypertrophy, not skeletal structure, so yk what to do

What orthodontic appliances to use for such cases? I’ve used a twin block piece before to fix my overbite and now im not using anything , what do you recommend?

theres nothing we can recommend. ask your orthodontist the question you asked us. different places use different appliances so you wont gain anything from asking us ts
