I know how to activate my temporal muscle over my masseter but what am I supposed to do to actually get forward growth? Every tutorial I find just says how to find it but how do I use it to get ccw rotation?

Cant Get forward growth without surgery or orthodontics if your in the right age group but surgery is most effective usually
