It's not really that effective, especially once you're older than like 8.
Just eat chewy food, bite down and pull with your teeth.

i thought this was the case when I was an IQcel, but if you really thing about its no biologically correct.
chew with your molars as its the correct thing to do, you can tear meat with your canines and anteroir teeth.

Everything is about being so fix your health. makes sure you fix all your habits before its too late + SLEEP.
