Does anyone have any tips on CCW rotation. I just reviewed my CBCT scans with a professional in airway and somewhat aesthetics I guess. My maxilla is not only narrow, and also transverse (where my mandibular is wider then my maxilla). It's not like I just have a strong manibular I actually have a pretty weak one, I just have a really narrow maxilla. He reccomend some kind of pallet expander, to not only fix this discrepancy but to widen the nasal airway as one of my nostrils is completely shut. He didn't recommend any kind of protraction device, diffent from what another one of my orthodontist recommended. But he said instead I should just get DJS in the future as I'm definitely a candidate for one when I turn 22. He said one of my biggest problems is that I have bad downward growth, how can I start to someone fix this naturally before surgery, as I'm only 17 turning 18 soon and have multiple years until a good surgeon will accept me for DJS.
