CCW Rotation

How do I fix my ccw rotation? I’m still 16y and from the front it’s okay but if you take a close look on my side my ccw rotation is off and also it seems like my jaw is a little bit set back. I don’t know if it is just my forward growth or if it’s a problem with my teeth. I will get braces too. Please help me

Isn’t there another way bc until I can get surgery wich I will as soon as I’m old enough I want to change it. I also think my growth gaps are still open so couldn’t I blast some hgh or other stuff to boost my bone growth. Or some type of softmax?

yea, but first of all unlike other muscle groups, do 20+ reps w lower weight. Also if u start doing them, dont do them for a litle while and stop, or u will be stuck with a higher pitch voice(very bad)

theres a good thread on here bout that, but basicaly when u start training a muscle at first it isnt used to it (gets weaker) so ur voice will get higher pitch for a lil while.

So what I found about your voice changing:
First of all, all the tension in in the upper body or neck area causes tension that can mess with your voice.
Also the throat tension lifts the larynx with can cause a higher pitch.
Another point is that the vocal cords can be tightened threw training your neck.
Also the fatigue can cause problems.
But all this is just temporary, gonna try and post my experience with it and training my neck

I'm 16 and I got the same problem I think the only answer to that is surgery which I'm still trying to find or mewing from a young age (might not be true). My side profile is fucked tho it looks horrible with a bad ccw rotation

Posture/ mewing and all that garbage is total cope. It's all genetic. I've had terrible posture all my life and my face is not downgrown at all

Yeah it you are right. It is so frustrating that my face look okay from the front or from a 5:3 angle but if you like look at my side I have downward growth
