I've had a bad CCW Rotation my whole life, and I was thinking about getting braces to fix it with bands. I want to see if there is any other way to have a better CCW Rotation without surgery. I have good bone structure to start with, but it's one of my biggest insecurities and what's holding me back personally the most in my looks.

isnt a twin block just the same as like a hawley retainer

Nope. Twin block is an orthopedic appliance but hawley is a retention appliance. It just maintains teeth position after post treatment

Yo what happen if u dont wear ur retainer after but start mewin n shi to expand ur palate cuz the original problem was crowding will it go back to being fucked?

If u wanna keep ur palate intact, u need bone borne appliances. No amount of mewing gonna generate sufficient force or precision
