how to fix posture and increase forward growth??
 
if you're past puberty you can't really change your midface rotation. mewing and good posture might help a bit with forward tongue pressure but the gains are minimal. CCW surgery is the only way to truly rotate your maxilla, and it's brutal. better to accept your genetics and focus on neck posture, correct breathing, and training your back. trying to force forward growth as an adult is cope.

At 16 you’re still growing so your bones aren’t fully fused yet. Focusing on good posture, proper tongue posture (mewing), nasal breathing and neck strength can help optimise whatever development you have left. But CCW rotation is mostly genetic and only truly changed through surgery. Don’t risk injuring yourself chasing marginal gains – your health and confidence matter more.

idk why but a nigga feel so slouched

hit chest today and when i relax my body my stupid ass shoulders round forward a bit
