I have downward growth or atleast i think so because my ramus is really short or so it seems ive been searching online for stuff on how to fix it the best i can without surgery for right now but havent really found shit i was wondering if someone could inform me more about how it works and what there is to do i know you cant just spawn bones or adjust the way they look but is there ANYTHING at all i can do ?
