You would think they would have some manager somewhere who would advise them on how to not fuck up their surgeries but considering the amount of celebs that bitch themselves this apparently is not a high priority for Hollywood

Yeah modern age celebrities have become insufferable but I think they are also just puppets in some larger scheme so I don't blame them too much. You can't really be in Hollywood anymore unless you become insufferable, that's how things have been set up.
