Central Incisor Shortening / Enameloplasty - Anyone with experience or safe DIY? Cheap smile ascend?

Hey brahs,
I have been thinking about shortening my two upper central incisors a little bit through enameloplasty / tooth contouring (basically filing down the incisal edges). They feel too long for my smile proportions, and I think a small reduction could give a more harmonious look and be a pretty cheap and quick ascend.

Current teeth:

Potential result (maybe a bit too short, but yall know where im getting at)

Has anyone done this?
Professional version: How much did it cost?
Results? Any before/after pics?


Also low-inhib: Did any anons try DIY filing/shaving their own front teeth? What tools did you use (nail file etc.) and how did you avoid hitting dentin or the nerve?
