Cerave moisturizer makes my forehead look oily?

I started using Cerave cleanser and moisturizer for like 2 weeks now and my forehead started looking really oily and shiny. I always had normal skin, it was never really dry or something, isnthe moisturizer too much maybe?

it depends on your skin type. I had that one and it was way too oily
