Why would Dextro be better than Adderall?

dextro is generally considered stronger per mg since it's pure d-amphetamine, it's the more potent isomer
It primarily affects the CNS while adderall can affect both the CNS and PNS

It works, there are studies proving this
although injecting it is completely fucking retarded
it may be pharmacologically active when injected, but it will definitely require higher doses. It won’t bypass BBB when injected.
its quite a large peptides, 900Da or something and have no brain transporters. You might get passive diffusion but it’s negligible.

Holy shit I’m about to go ER reading these replies. Cerebrolysin is to be taken 7 days out of the year and will give you immense brain fog short term for a long term cognitive boost. Take dextroamphetamine (adderal) or vyvance. If the exams are long I recommend taking an extended release so you don’t risk getting jittery or crash towards the end. But even instant release lasts like 5 hours at least. I have taken all these and for me it feels like I can cure cancer 2 hours after taking it. I reach a higher level of cognition and critical thinking. WARNING : if you take any of these and don’t do something mentally tasking you can experience brutal depression and can think yourself to death.

The whole mystery of placebo is that it actually works. If your brain tricks itself into focusing who cares it’s still not cope. Either way semax is pretty good and is relatively bioavailable intranasal as long as you make it urself.

You would take it while studying + if you wanted to cram before the night of the exam and therefore wanted to stay awake (i assume)
