width for sure, lips seem to be too thin but i dont know whats ideal, assymetry but most importantly they look as if they dont touch together

I was not pressing them together while taking the pic i normally do that

Regarding the thinness i think a vermillon advancement lip lift could increase my upper lip thickness while also decreasing my phitrum a few mm
I already have a very thick lower lip i get comments on it irl

Fixong Chin would boist me 0.5 PSL uts not just Asymmetric and narrow but also recessed
