If you ever see a legit chad ( 6'3" , 8+ face) in the gym he is only ever doing curls, maxing out on bench or doing heavy leg presses. Meanwhile incels have a perfectly crafted 5x5 routine based around squats and measures rest periods perfectly.
Chad bangs out some dumbbell curls, bench press, 2 sets of leg press and then spends the next 20 minutes talking to the hot trainers /gym staff.
He looks infinitely better than the incel could ever imagine whilst putting in almost 0 effort.

strong legs->better balance->better bicep curls. JFL at this cope that legs don't matter.

Also, stronger legs means stronger deadlifts, which means you can do stronger back pull which leads to stronger arms.

Highlighting the difference between how 8s and sub 8s see the gym. 8s see the gym as a place to stay fit, meet some hot chicks and socialise. Sub 8s see the gym as a way out of their misery.

Exactly, they come to the gym to stay feet too just as incels do that as well. You ddin't higlight any difference, you just made a low IQ arguement about lifting which shows that you don't have a clue about it
This is actually true I've noticed. It helps for standing Bb curls for sure

Standing B curs is all that matter when it comes to arms. It's the easiest way to increase size and overall strength. Also, better balance helps in fights too.
