keep in mind the table has multiple measurements for the same countries in some cases, with some being the zoomer average and others for the entire population including old people. 5th column has info about the samples used. But yeah you're right, OP's map still has exaggerated heights but the difference between the UK and Sweden isn't that large even in the table. That's surprising. Maybe accounts of those countries' heights are overblown and European average heights don't vary as much as people think? I just have a hard time imagining Swedes as anything other than a tall people and the Brits as anything other than short chavs jfl

Swedes are tall but not that tall, it’s the dutch and balkans that are tall, Other europeans are shorter in comparison and all have similar average heights.

Interesting. Makes you question a lot of country-specific height anecdotes if the difference between what is perceived as a manlet European country and what is perceived as a tall European country is that small
