My dad and I were sitting in the car, and he said, "Hey Ellis, have you seen that dude that is making people hit themselves in the face with a rubber hammer?" (talking about Clav Complete Grey, jfl). "He was like, 'I don't get why people would do that; just be happy with how you are'," and I got PISSED.
For reference, my dad in his 20s was 6'6" and 117kg lean (he was on steroids), trained with Dolph Lundgren in Sydney, and was a bouncer, and according to my mum, who isn't biased as she hates him (they're divorced), he was, in her words, "so attractive that the reason I originally got with him was to be able to say I am with Rick," and according to Mum, HE used to get. I was cold-approached by girls while with my mum.
My dad sat there and shat on the fact people try to look better, like he wasn't genetically gifted.
Now don't get me wrong; I won the lottery too, not to the extent of my dad, but I have blue eyes, dark brown hair, low-set eyebrows, and so forth (frontally rated a 9.2/10 by iQlabs, deducted for my wide FWHR). At 16 I've been scouted by a mid-tier modelling agency in Australia, as I am 6'2" and have good features, BUT my side profile is fucking munted.
I have a recessed infranasal glabella notch, making my brow ridge look recessed even though my supras are so projected I look like I don't have eyelids, and my chin is recessed slightly. JFL, 6 mm off Bojack's chin, I want to rope.
My dad shat on EVERYTHING I do not knowing I do it, and I have to laugh and nod, saying it's stupid, while my zygoma's chin brow ridge and gonial notch are purple from the bone smashing I did two nights before as he's dropping me to my mother's house, not knowing that the first thing I'm doing when I get home is hitting my face with a hammer.
Some people don't know how blessed they are and are so out of touch with other people's struggles, including their own son's.
He literally stated to me, "I was never driven by women, as pussy was always so easy to get."
I want to rope... literally millimetres from being blessed, but I'm stuck in HMTN-LHTN.
