just be percentile 99.99 in penis, which is the height equivalent to being 2 meters (6'8") tall in the United States. 10 inches would be like being 7'4" or some shit. but the thing is that penises dont even work the same way as height does, so it's not even possible to have a 99.99999999% penis unless you've some kind pituitary gland tumor or some shit
