Warm undertones are more common in non whites yes. Even amongst East Asians warm undertones are more common. Cooler undertones are usually frauded through a little bit of makeup.

Squishy usually fraud cool undertones I heard

Pale with strong red undertones (cool tones) + any hair that gives strong contrast (anywhere from brown to dirty blond for whites and anywhere from black to dark brown for squishy) + light coloured eyes (for whites, ignore the contacts in the Asian example, they're very faint).

Most warm undertones I consider to be a failo on their own. They lack the redness of cool undertones that help provide more vibrant colours, instead looking like a more bland yellow in lighter skin or an ashy grey brown in darker skin. Often any hair that isn't black or very dark will look off on these skin tones.
