I was a nursing assistant at a skilled nursing facility for a couple years, and while I will say that female coworkers were the subject of more serious advances, I was often on the receiving end as well.
It was common occurrence for female patients to grab my butt as they walked past or rolled by in their wheelchairs. Additionally, female patients would sometimes make really inappropriate comments while I was showering them about what they wanted to do with me, and I would often be invited into bed with residents.
To deal with it, I would offer to see the men that would target my female coworkers, and they would see the women that went after me. Most of these residents were much, much older than I, with some being clear of mind and others having Alzheimer's. The patients with Alzheimer's would also do sexual things beyond what I've talked about, but you can't really fault them for that. It's a job that has to be done.

If I was a nurse female patients would cover their eyes with bandages then pull out their own life support as soon as I entered to room

Steven, thanks for the aka's. Most of my patients were children so they obviously don't act inappropriately. It is more common for an assistant to lean their chest upon me, and one even kissed me in the radiography dark room. I was flattered but did not respond or kiss back although not to offend her I might have said thank you. But once an adolescent leaned up her chest against my arm and this was troublesome because of her immature age. It is a most rare occurrence and highly unusual. Well the adults are pretty well behaved although failure to compliment a woman on her dress can lead to a very angry boyfriend on occasion. No, I never had a child patient run down the hall.
